    I owned an investment property in Vegas managed by REMAX Central from fall 2011-spring 2015. Remax was very slow to reply by email (48-72 hours even for simple things), never available by phone and followed instructions poorly (had to be told 2 or 3 times to do something). They were often late on invoices to tradesmen and generally not on top of things, needing constant babysitting. Their emails were rude & poorly written, often to the point of incomprehensibility. they also tended to foist tasks onto me that were their responsibility.
